24 / 7 Server Status

24/7 server monitoring is a new exclusive product offered by Westgate IT. A piece of software we place on your server sends information to a central screen here at Westgate at scheduled intervals. Should your server miss one of these intervals it gets flagged on our screen. We then contact you to ascertain and resolve the problem. Also first thing in the morning an engineer will complete a check sheet, which is then e-mailed to you, detailing the full status of your server.

  • Our purpose built software sends data from your server to us, detailing running services, drive space etc
  • Feeds to a central screen here at Westgate. If a server misses a scheduled send it's flagged on the screen
  • An engineer will contact you to ascertain the problem and resolve it swiftly
  • Daily server status report completed by an engineer and sent to you by 9:30am
  • On many occasions if a problem has occurred overnight we know about it before you get into work!
